If you need to do some work then you'll find a desk space in one of the bedrooms, which is ideal for study sessions or remote meetings. Or, head to the kitchen to practice your Spanish-style cooking in the kitchen and share your culinary creations with your guests.

Your first sightseeing stop will definitely be the epic Sagrada Familia, but there is plenty more to do after you've ticked off Gaudi's unfinished masterpiece. The streets of Eixample are packed with gorgeous art nouveau buildings housing boutiques and restaurants where you can blend in with the area's stylish residents. And, if you fancy exploring further afield, the winding Gothic Quarter and Barcelona Beach are both just a metro journey away.
