This delightful, exposed-brick apartment puts you in the Eixample neighbourhood of Barcelona, within walking distance of the centre. The streets of Eixample are chock full of quirky bars and restaurants, late-night hangouts and that undeniable sultry swagger that makes Barcelona what it is. If you want to catch some of Gaudi’s great architectural works, it’s a fifteen-minute walk to the luxury-shop-lined Passeig de Gracia. Plus, the Urgell metro station is a two-minute stroll, having you at Sagrada Familia or the Gothic Quarter in less than ten minutes. You’ll find this apartment in a traditional old building, with wrought-iron balconies lining windows. The old, floor to ceiling windows let plenty of natural light in and, standing on your private balcony, you can watch life go by on the leafy street below. Exposed brick walls and sweeps of concrete give the place an industrial-chic feel and we love touches like the birdcage lamp above the dining table and the red-brick ceilings.
