This apartment seems to be of high standing but the finishes and maintenance need to be reviewed (kitchen door broken and not joining, parental bedroom door disjoined, kitchen splashback broken, scratched parquet in the entrance due to the friction of the door, bathroom door squeaky bathroom, bathroom door hard to open, curtain rod put with double-sided) Too bad because it is ideally located and for the future of this apartment. We still took advantage of it.

Perfect location. You can’t get a better location. Close to everything. Very good size apartment and also Montserrat, the host, is a super nice person

The apartment is comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy the city of Barcelona. Its location is privileged a few meters from Plaza Catalunya, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, theaters and next to a supermarket that is open 24 hours. From this place you can see a large part of the city on foot. The attention of our hosts was impeccable, Thank you XXX and XXX!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Plaça Catalunya appartement. It is clean, pleasantly furnished and spacious. Best of all is the location in the heart of Barcelona. It is within walking distance of The Rambla, the Metro, shops and restaurants. On the negative side, the appartement could use a new coffee maker and a bit of fresh paint in one of the room.

This great spacious apartment is perfectly located in the center of Barcelona. Highly recommended!

What a lovely home perfectly located within steps of the Catalunya Plaza! Beds were comfortable and xxx was tremendously helpful when I locked myself out of the apartment on the date of departure with my passport still inside! Highly recommend!

At only a few meters from Placa Catalunya, las Ramblas, and a Metro station, this apartment proved very convenient and accessible for most of the activities we had planned. Additionally, two supermarkets on the same block, one of which was open 24 hours a day, made our groceries shopping easier and convenient. My only complain with the apartment is that some of the stored bedding and the curtains had not been cleaned for a while. Dust was readily released if you interacted with those.

Great access to all forms of transportation (bus, metro,airport transfer) in Barcelona. 1 minute walk to Catalonia Placa and Ramb!as. Great tapas , shopping and nightlife nearby. Priced reasonably and we'll maintained.

We were very impressed with the home. The hose was so kind and gracious and we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to help us.

Beautiful location overlooking Placa Catalunya. Nice apartment with a few minor hiccups: 1. Too few glasses for 6 people. 2. WC occasionally does not refill and upon inquiry we had to shake the reservoir; then OK again. 3. Heating in the 2nd shower rusted and could use a paint. Shame about those points because everything else was fine!

The perfect location to explore Barcelona. A spacious and well appointed apartment with everything we needed.

We're always nervous when booking abroad, especially when booking for a group on behalf of friends and or family but this apartment was exactly as described. A clean, safe, quiet, 5th floor apartment (with lift). Amazing central location off the square at the top of Les Ramblas, where there is an underground train station and a drop off/ pick up point for the airport shuttle bus all a 1 minute walk.

Everything was perfect. The cleanliness, location and friendliness of the reception.

Spacious apartment in a super location. Great for families or group of friends

The apartment is centrally located near the bus and metro station (3 min.). It is well secured with an alarm system so that you feel safe there. It is getting a bit old, that means the sofa could be replaced - we didn't sit on it. The bathroom furnishings and heating would have to be looked after. The bathroom, the kitchen and the rooms were clean. The beds were very good. It is important to know that the double beds are approx. 1.40 m wide and a bit narrow for two people. The largest bedroom faces the busy street and is therefore very noisy, even at night. If you don't mind, you will love the apartment, as you can watch Barcelona life from the small balcony. The handover of the key went smoothly and Senora XXX is very nice.
