Conveniently close to Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya, this home is a great choice for families on-the-go and in the mood for exploring. Choose from a wide selection of great restaurants nearby, or pick up some fresh croissants for breakfast from the lovely cafe downstairs. Sink back into the beautiful bathtub, or enjoy the leafy view from any one of the three beautiful little balconies.

Home truths:
*Aside from than the forty-eight-inch TV, there are very few entertainment options – no books, sound system, or games collection.
*The shower tends to spray water all over the bathroom floor.
*It's clearly a rental property – you won't find many personal touches, unique character or quirky possessions to gawp at.
*One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning and could get quite warm during the swelteringly hot summer months.
*The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
*Expect some general signs of wear and tear here. For example, the doors and closets could use a new lick of paint.
*The hot water takes a while to warm up.
