The apartment is very poorly soundproofed. The upstairs neighbor has hearing problems. As a result, she had the TV on full blast all week, day and night. The bathroom has a strong sewer smell. The owner put a lot of air fresheners to hide the bad smells, and there is a problem with the sink and shower being clogged. The bedding is poor in both bedrooms. Very centrally located apartment, mezzanine floor, only partially suitable for older people, several stairs have to be climbed.

We were very satisfied. The apartment is in a very nice and fun place in the old town of Barcelona. There are bars, cafes, restaurants and bakeries everywhere, and there is a bar and restaurant in every street. Thank you for everything. It was very good.

Apartment in old building in Gracia district. Well renovated, comfortable and ideally located for visiting the city.

A perfect apartment for a week of discovering Barcelona. It is very well placed for quick access to Plaza de Catalunya (2 metro stations) and from there everywhere else in the city. The neighborhood brings together all the small shops possible. The accommodation is very comfortable, quiet, clean. The reception was pleasant despite our late arrival time.
