This apartment is in central Barcelona – in the El Raval neighbourhood where once down-and-out streets are now home to trendy bars and independent restaurants, and you’ll find a generally buzzing vibe. There’s no need for a car here as you can reach all of Barcelona’s biggest attractions by metro if not on foot. While perfectly comfortable, the decor is mainly functional, but there are a few traditional touches keeping the place homely. French windows open up to a Juliet-style balcony in the living room and guests here have access to the building’s shared rooftop terrace for city skyline views and sun loungers.
