I was here in October there were seven women visiting Barcelona, most of us for the first timeI The location could not be better. It's minutes away from everything including the metro and shopping, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself as well equipped, but It could use some paper towels for the American folks and more toilet paper. The apartment is large and can accommodate two families. However the photos are prettier than the reality. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning broke during our stay but the owners quickly rectified the situation and even provided us with fans to accommodate us during the repair. Well located apartment. The terrace of the very pretty but it is too hot in August to enjoy it.

We all had such a great time. The location was great. Very good communication from the owner. Would stay here again. Looked after property

Enjoyed the apartment in the middle of the city. Beautiful living room with dining table, from where you can walk onto the balcony where you can enjoy the sun until the afternoon. 2 Modern bathrooms at your disposal.

Very nice typical Catalan apartment in the center of Barcelona and close to the passeig de gracia station. Superb view from the balcony and very good for 3 couples and 2 children or friends.

Spacious apartment, well equipped. Small flat, the door of the dishwasher falls on the feet, dangerous. Otherwise good stay, our interlocutor was very pleasant and helpful.

Great choice for a larger group. It is located in the center of a beautiful building. There was just a bit of car noise from the street.

Exceptional apartment because on the top floor close to local shops with a real neighborhood life. Close to tourist sites which are for the most part 20 minutes on foot. Comfortable beds with great amenities.

This apartment is in an excellent location. Traveling with 3 children I did have to cook some meals and the kitchen was well equipped. It is a noisy street but it did not bother us and the balcony is a great place to sip your wine and watch the city move below you. I must say this apartment needs a little TLC. Our towels were very worn out and some were stained and the beautiful white wall throughout could use a paint job.

Spacious with lots of light. Two bathrooms is a plus. Nice terrace. Building in very special style. Kitchen relatively small. Single glass at the front only blocks sound traffic to a limited extent. Very pleasant contact with keyholder XXX.

The accommodation fully met our requirements. Only the street noise takes some getting used to, but certainly not unusual in a city like Barcelona. Would book the apartment again.
