The landlady is very friendly. One of the toilets broke on the first day, she arranged for a quick repair. The apartment was not clean, some of the towels were stained, mice ran along the inside of the walls and the neighbors partied almost every day, sometimes until 3:00 a.m. Particularly annoying, since Interhome informs you in writing that you have to keep quiet in this house.

We were with 6 people (including a 2 year old child) in this apartment and for a few days it is completely sufficient. It is in a good central location, a metro station is nearby and there are also many small supermarkets. I think the long time now without tourism it was not that well maintained, but was by no means very dirty or disgusting. The electronic devices worked perfectly and the refrigerator is a reasonable size. Small drawback, the kettle was really dirty.

The area was excellent, the apartment was exactly like the booking, all the utilities at our disposal. Mrs.... very nice and kind.

Overall it was a good experience. The property has a great location. Close to Metro, Bus and many small market, restaurants even atm. The staff when handing over the keys was very welcoming and friendly. Some furniture could use an improvment as it is worn but nothing too serious. I would recommed it though if you are a group of 6-7. Space is enough and it has enough for a good stay in Barcelona.

Little airy only the dining room and one bedroom had a window giving air The small balcony on the kitchen side overlooked two of the bedrooms so if the small windows of the bedrooms were open not only there was no air but in addition the smells emanating from the kitchen penetrated in the rooms. The water in the shower was very weak. The shower door of the small bathroom did not close properly. The air conditioning was only in the dining room the other rooms therefore did not benefit from it.
