Warm welcome in this very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia, the metro 30m away. Functional, clean and bright apartment, the bedding is good, the equipment functional. Located on the quiet side compared to the street. On the other hand, the soundproofing is not the best because we could hear the neighbors talking until 2 a.m. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep peacefully. We had a great stay in Barcelona.

The apartment is located in a good area, near the metro, shops and bakery. It is an old apartment with an old door. Parts of the floor has loose tiles. The small room has no windows for fresh air and sunlight. The owner was sweet an help full.

We felt very comfortable. Have been received nicely. In between, the landlord contacted us via WhattsApp and asked for us.

Situated in a great location close to tube, buses and trains we found this apartment perfect for exploring Barcelona. Clean, tidy and easy communications with the owners made arriving and departing a breeze.

The accommodation had everything you could need, was very clean and nicely decorated. The landlady was very friendly. The property is close to the Sagrada Familia and all other attractions can be reached by metro. Several supermarkets are within a few meters. We would definitely come back.

Excellent location with the metro, shops and pharmacy a few meters away. The apartment is very cozy and quiet as it faces the interior of the block. We traveled three people from the same family and depending on the time of both arrival and departure of the flight, the person in charge of giving us the keys provided us with all kinds of facilities so that this was not a problem.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, the washing machine was missing instructions in English. Otherwise, everything was ok in the apartment itself. There was a house building in the backyard in the middle and it woke us up every morning pretty early, as did the house renovation next door with your thorns, otherwise a very passport place. Downstairs a lovely bakery, xxx across the street, a local paella with a lovely paella. Metro and ATM right next door.

Good location clean apartment unfortunately there was no hot water at any time of day even in the morning at four unreliable lift my husband was stuck for more than half an hour before assistance released him creating serious discomfort having a disabled child what that I had pointed out I had to move the son to the hotel with an increase in apartment expenses to avoid
