Family stay 2 children aged 8 and 11. Apartment in lively area, well located outside the tourist area. Only flaw: Poorly insulated apartment (you can hear the baby upstairs) and blurred windows (no direct view). But large apartment, individual rooms for children, close to the metro, 10 min walk from the Sagrada, 3 min from the avenue diagonale, restaurant at the bottom of the street. Pleasant, accommodating and responsive owner. Very good reception (at 9:30 p.m.!). We recommend!!

Good option for those who want to get to know Bcn on foot, as the location is very good. The beds are very good for resting. Communication with the agency and the owner was very good. As for points to improve... I think that air conditioning would be very necessary, the sanitary facilities are old so there is a bad smell and a bathroom is very small (difficult for chubby people to use hehe). And I would put white towels. Recommended for a couple with children, not for two couples.

This property has so much potential with a few minor changes however without those unfortunately the only good thing about it is the location. After a long day of sightseeing the least you need is a terrible nights sleep. The beds are absolutely horrendous, worst beds we have ever slept on. Pillows are very smelly and the cleaning of the floors at the time of check in is less than acceptable. Also there is a sewage smell that overtakes the building. Lady at the check in is nice and helpful.

Amazing apartment in a very good location. Close to a lot of metro stations, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Safe building with doorman. House has all the utilities needed if you plan on cooking and very good wifi. Ideal for a family or a small group of friends. Very nice and helpful owner, gave us a lot of recommendations.

The apartment is located in a central area of Barcelona, near the cafes and luxury shops of the Catalan capital, and has three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, as well as two bathrooms. The living room / dining room and the American kitchen constitute a vast space and well decorated in a Japanese style. The apartment opens onto two small courtyards and lacks light, but remains calm and pleasant.

This is a great apartment! Very clean and roomy. Secure building so I felt very safe. It was within walking distance to Sagrada Familia (about 15 minutes) and about a 10 minute walk to the top end of La Rambla (20-25 minute walk from El Barrio Gotica). I would definitely recommend!

Housing very well located in relation to the metro and close to many shops. The welcome was very friendly from the person who gave us the keys, she speaks French and advised us on what to visit. The apartment is quiet. One of the bathrooms is quite small

In the vicinity of many breakfast options, good restaurants, a short walk to the center, from the subway 5 minutes walk and to the airport an hour. So I think it's a good location. Older but well-maintained equipment thanks to which the apartment has a pleasant atmosphere. Windows to the yard, so quite calm. Good agreement with the host and the possibility of arranging a later departure.

Large apartment located quite close to the center (5 minutes from Casa Pedrera) 6 euro by taxi from Plaça Catalunia. Fairly minimalist cuisine but plenty of restaurants around. The entrance to the building is on a main street with a lot of traffic but the apartment overlooks the interior courtyard so it is very quiet. We liked having two bathrooms even if one of them is rather small. Supermarket open 24/24 at the bottom of the building. Apartment a bit expensive but ok to spend a few days.

The house was in very bad condition, so it was dirty and very smelly. bathrooms and kitchen were polluted and you could not sit on the couch because of antiquity, ended up sitting here on a mattress. There has been a mechanic for the stench but could not do anything because of the age of the apartment.

Very kind and correct, nothing to add, the price was fair and the service on par.

Good value for money. Good location. Simple apartment with some old-fashioned bathroom and kitchen.
