Locations get more central than Dreta de l'Eixample – the area of Barcelona with the highest number of Modernist buildings and also the setting of this airy, light-filled apartment. Housed in a handsome building dating back to 1889, you’re in Gaudi territory here (and the tourism hub), with Casa Mila and Casa Batlló both within walking distance. Foodies will be glad to know that Mercat de la Concepció is just around the corner too, selling delicious Catalan specialities to dish up back at the apartment. Stepping inside this spotlessly clean, contemporary home, the views of neighbouring Sagrada Família and Tibidabo take centre stage. And despite its central location, the apartment feels surprisingly quiet, so you can all bank a peaceful night's sleep here. Groups of friends or family sharing will appreciate how the apartment flows, with bedrooms slightly spread out from each other to allow a little more privacy. It really is the perfect place to come home after a day of exploring this enchanting seaside city.
