If you’re looking to stay in a central and characterful neighbourhood of Barcelona, this airy and naturally bright apartment housed in a handsome building dating back to 1889, is the ticket. You'll be right in the heart of Eixample, within walking distance to Gaudi's Casa Mila and Casa Batlló – both real treats for architectural lovers and hubs of tourist activity. Foodies, on the other hand, will be glad to know that Mercat de la Concepció is just around the corner, serving delicious Catalan specialities. In spite of its central location, the apartment feels surprisingly quiet. Inside you’ll find spotlessly clean, sleek interiors, with original wrought-iron balconies found in every bedroom and the lounge, opening out to reveal views of the city’s regal facades. We love the way this apartment flows, with bedrooms slightly spread out from each other to allow a little more privacy. The three bathrooms will be a bonus for groups of friends sharing too.
