Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

The age-old debate of city versus country is null and void at this stunning home. Located on the edge of the 8,000-hectare Serra de Collserola Natural Park, this spectacular villa offers scenic cycling, fantastic birdwatching and ancient history right on your doorstep, while the bohemian beachside vibes of Barcelona are only twenty-five minutes away. Being so close to a city that's so well known for its architecture, it's only fitting that this home should be a bit of a beauty when it comes to design. Set over two floors, the exterior is clad in wood to blend in with the natural surroundings, while the open-plan interior offers almost 360-degree access to the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto the expansive terrace, where you'll find plenty of seating and an inviting pool perfect for cooling off over the summer months. Away from the home, you'll find a host of activities on offer, including golf, tennis, horse riding and hiking trails. Meanwhile, the town of Sant Cugat del Vallès – with its theatres, quirky museums (including one dedicated to Marilyn Monroe) and vast antique market – is just 6km away and well worth exploring. What's more, from here you can take the Ferrocariles Catalanes into downtown Barcelona, a twenty-minute train ride away.
