Nice apartment, clean and with recent equipment in a very well maintained and very quiet condominium. Parking space right in front of the entrance to the building. Very pleasant swimming pool (depth varying from 1 to 2.4m). If it is very hot and windless, the air conditioning may be lacking, fans are available. Being facing the sea, the absence of drafts is nevertheless rare.

Right beside the sea so location is lovely. Apartment was clean but cheaply constructed and furnishings are basic. We thought that for the price we could have at least been provided with a few dishwasher tablets and an adequate supply of toilet rolls etc but nothing is supplied. Apartment rentals are usually more thoughtfully equipped. Lady who met us with keys was very helpful and accommodating. Parking is good

Defective shower, cleanliness in general and other equipment in the kitchen could be done again. In this condition, I would not like to recommend the property to others. (and we are not exactly very demanding)

Splendid location facing the sea and close to the beach. Lack of air conditioning and / or fans, Too much noise due to the proximity of the railway, Lack of valid blackout in the master bedroom, lack of sufficient light in the bathroom, lack of side curtain on the balcony to have a minimum of privacy being on the first floor a lot of noise night (You could only sleep with ear pads), the laundry pipes should be repainted. The hairdryer was missing

Beautifully renovated apartment, with large balcony overlooking the sea, very well equipped, quiet despite the proximity to the railway line. Warm welcome Private swimming pool, direct access to a dike allowing long walks on the seafront and near the port and restaurants

Very nice apartment, the view is very pretty. Close to the sea and swimming pool. Only negative point: lack of shops in the city and entertainment. It's a little too quiet.
