Found only 180 meters away from the sandy shores of the famous Las Canteras Beach, this Canarian Duplex is one for beach lovers. It's worth noting the curved staircase might be tricky for little ones, and though it isn't the most soulful home, it's bright, comfortable and fantastic location-wise. Find your way to golf courses, waterparks, and other tourist attractions in minutes when you're not at the beach. The intelligent lighting system that adjusts to the time of day to save energy is a nice touch.
