With the golden sands of Zurriola Beach just a three-minute stroll away, this home’s location in the hip enclave of Gros speaks for itself. Add to this, the vibrant Plaza Cataluña in the heart of the Old Town is only 200 metres away, and you have the perfect spot. It’s good that this home stands out for its fantastic address, as the apartment is quite traditional in style and at full capacity, there may be queues forming outside the one bathroom. This home does have a comfy and homely vibe, though, as well as attractive features such as leaded stained-glass windows and French doors opening to Juliet balconies.
