Situated in the picturesque town of Ses Salines, this south Majorcan villa presents the perfect place to escape reality and soak up the beautiful Balearic sun. Recently renovated and set across three levels, natural wood paves the floors, meanwhile ceramic tiles guide you up the stairway. The interior is warm, with bold flashes of colour introduced by a host of soft furnishings and accessories, meanwhile the selection of jute and wool rugs lend a cosy finish to each room. With a unique and inspiring aesthetic, we particularly love the addition of seashell ornaments and bold artworks dotted from room to room. If you love nothing more than burying your head in a book, you'll be pleased to hear that the huge living room bookcase has plenty of reading material on-hand to keep you entertained. Take your time to browse the various titles before retreating to the patio for a poolside peruse. Ready for a refresh? Take a dip in the private saltwater pool and enjoy an instant cool–down from the Mediterranean heat before sitting back on a sun lounger and hitting the reset button. With plenty of reasons to stay put, we wouldn't blame you for perching yourself on the sun-drenched balcony for your entire stay – but if you do feel like exploring a little, you'll be pleased to hear that Es Trenc beach is just 7.2km away. With its soft sands and clear waters, this idyllic spot is perfect for a quick paddle or a slow, relaxing stroll along the seafront.
