Ducks on the pool, small green pond, soiled terrace with droppings (we cleaned it up). No ventilation, damp house, musty smell on the sofa and bedding, kitchen lighting (mediocre), fluorescent light almost out of order, dishwasher outside (inconvenient and broken?). Condensation dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom (mold), warped interior doors rubbing against the floor, poor communication with the owner. These shortcomings significantly reduced our enjoyment of the property (see photos). We request compensation of 50% of the price and are able to provide photos.
