Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This magnificent Mallorcan home boasts captivating countryside views, an alfresco dining terrace, a private, outdoor pool and large, lush gardens. We don’t know about you, but that sounds like heaven to us. This Balearic Island idyll is perfect for spending quality time with friends and family as well as enjoying a hefty dose of good old-fashioned R & R. You’ll experience a true slice of Spanish life here as timeless terracotta and wooden shuttered windows meet stone archways and beautiful beamed ceilings in this rustic, rural abode. And yet, you’ll also have the chance to make it your own. You’ll love lazing on the loungers in the sun, and luxuriating in the pool before whipping up a seafood paellas in the well equipped kitchen and dining out on the terrace, or barbecuing a feast of fresh fish to gorge on with a glass of wine. Round off the day with a wander around the garden or, if you’re feeling more energetic, a game or two of ping pong. Watch the sunset from your raised terrace, and, as the heat of the day fades, head inside for a sofa session. If, however, you fancy getting out and about, your home’s location on the outskirts of the village of San Picafort means both sandy beaches and local eateries are within easy reach. Twice a week, you’ll also be able to visit Alcudia old town’s market. Or, if a little exploration is on the cards, why not venture further afield and visit Cap de Formentor’s famous lighthouse on the northernmost tip of the island.
