Holiday Rental Description

A leafy paradise in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, this stylish villa reveals a more laid-back side of Spain’s party isle. There’s plenty of space for relaxed gatherings, with an outdoor barbecue and shaded spots for alfresco dining. Lots of windows make for light-filled interiors, but not all of the bedrooms have air conditioning. Cool off in the pool or take a trip to Cala d'Hort for a refreshing dip in the sea.

*There's air conditioning in the living room, but only in some of the bedrooms.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st April and 31st October. It's not fenced – if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's on-site parking for up to three vehicles.
*While one of the bedrooms isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*There is one bedroom on the ground floor, while the communal areas – and remaining bedrooms – are upstairs.
