When you’re not working up an appetite in the gym, you’ll be gently floating in the pool and choosing which beach to frequent from your enviable hillside vantage point.

Reconvene on the upper terrace for sumptuous Spanish seafood dinners, expertly paired with glasses of fruity reds. When the sun sets, settle down among the wisteria and bougainvillea in the palm-fringed gardens – the poolside terrace is the perfect place to socialise under inky Ibizan skies.
