Located a three-minute stroll from a secluded beach cove and surrounded by lush pine forests, this villa ticks all the boxes. There are two adjacent houses here, each featuring a living area, kitchen, and a trio of bedrooms. The smaller of the two dates back 800 years, so expect many original features – including a Sabina tree ceiling. But it's the outdoor spaces that really make this place shine. A private pool offers sea views, a panoramic terrace makes a perfect perch for sundowners, and the garden has pomegranate, fig and plum trees that you can pick when in season.
