Just take in the vistas across Talamanca and the Mediterranean Sea to Dalt Vila from this modern villa. There’s a south-facing infinity pool and numerous terraces – we particularly love the roof terrace with its sky bar and the 360-degree views (there’s an internal lift that connects the three floors). The outlook from the inside is fantastic too, especially from the open-plan living area and the two main bedrooms with their freestanding baths. The location in Can Pep Simo is great as well – you’ll be a short walk from the golden sands of Talamanca Beach, while Ibiza Town is an eight-minute drive.
