Villa del Lago 4

Very clean, beautiful views, great service

This is a good villa in a great location. It is located c200 metres from a lovely beach, and approx 10-15 minutes walk from lots of restaurants, shops and bars. The villa has a good pool in a garden with a mix of sunbathing and shaded areas. The inside of the villa is modern. However, there are a couple of downsides. First, the plates, cups and cutlery were dirty in the cupboards when we arrived. Second, the number of plates, cups, towels etc were minimal, e.g. no beach towels or bath mats

The apartment and communication with Interhome was very good. The location is perfect, close to the beach but still very quiet. However, the rest of the equipment in the apartment was insufficient or partly non-existent (cleaning utensils, toilet paper, tabs for the dishwasher, detergent, dishes, towels). Attention: The apartment is by no means for 6, but for a maximum of 5 people, the sofa offers too little space for an adult (no sofa bed).

Very nice, recent and well-equipped holiday home, clean, in very good condition with efficient air conditioning. Garden neither too big nor too small, 200m from a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. On the other hand, you don't need a smaller pool. The only criticism I have to make is that it lacks a few cooking elements (more glass, a hob in the oven, more stove, ...).

So far we have always spent our holidays in the hotel. We felt completely comfortable in this uniquely beautiful holiday apartment: The very quiet location with water (lake to the rear, little river to the side) and a super long, paradisiacal beach within 1 minute walking distance, Port Alcudia with great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a very well-kept beach Interior design plus a pretty little garden - just like the photos.

As a family with four children, the house was ideal accommodation. Bus stop with direct connections to Alcudia and Palma nearby, so we didn't rent a car. The beach was very nice, the pool was a bit dirty, but everything else was very clean and modern, but spartan.

A very nice apartment overlooking a lake and the sunset from the balcony. Clean, good condition, nice pool (great for kids), was adequate for 4 adults and 2 children. Great location between the lake and the sandy beach, but it's about a 40-minute walk to the center of Alcudia along the beach.

Very well laid out and equipped holiday home. Nice garden with small pool and great view from the balcony. Due to its shallow depth, the pool is also suitable for small children. The proximity to the great sandy beach and also to the shopping and dining options makes this holiday home even more interesting.
