We stayed in the apartment for a week. It had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the heating and hot water didn't work for the first three nights. As this happened on a Friday evening, a repairman could not be called until Monday. Everything was working fine from Monday onwards and the problem should have been fixed. The beds are very uncomfortable, the owner should consider replacing them. The apartment smells bad from time to time (probably from the floor drains).

Positive: The apartment is well furnished and has everything. Close to the beach. Negative: It took a lot of effort to get the WiFi working. The apartment smells unpleasant. There is a very strong (= unpleasant) smell in 2 bedrooms as soon as the air conditioning is turned on. There is a "compressor" in one bedroom that makes a lot of noise every few hours at night. The balcony faces the very busy street.

We are really satisfied with the apartment occupied: excellent location, quite close to the very beautiful beach with a large pine forest between the road and the shore; a few meters on the opposite side the lake beautiful for walks, excellent bus connection, near a supermarket and various shops. The apartment on the 1st floor comfortable, bright and soberly furnished. The staff was very efficient and helpful, promptly solving a problem with the air conditioning in one room.
