This sublime villa is ready to welcome you and your guests for a serene stay in Pollença, Mallorca. This home is luxurious and opulent, but also packed with character – the exposed beams and rustic brickwork give the home a quaint feel, along with retained original features such as the old oil mill, that make it feel historic and special. We also absolutely adore the outdoor areas – you’ll find a stunning private outdoor pool where you can cool off from the Spanish sunshine, a private tennis court where you can challenge your loved ones to a game or two, plus plenty of outdoor areas to chill out and have fun. There’s also a large balcony terrace that features plenty of seating – the ideal place to sip on sundowners when the evening rolls in. When you’re ready to venture out, you’ll find yourself perfectly placed for exploring the north of Mallorca. You’re just 5km away from the sandy beaches of Pollença, boasting crystal-clear waters that are ideal for water sports and swimming. The old town of Pollença is also well worth visiting, where you’ll find lovely local shops, friendly restaurants and a fantastic weekly market. You’re also within easy reach of Pollença golf course when you want to tee off.
