Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

There's a real skill in managing to accommodate both period features and contemporary additions in a single space, but it adds real character when it's done well, as is the case with this renovated home in the centre of Pollença. Inside, wooden ceiling beams and stone architraves around the doors hark back to the Mallorca of years gone by, but the polished concrete floors and whitewashed walls add a modern gleam to the home. There's an eclecticism in the furnishings and decorative items, with our standout pieces being the metallic bathtub and the antique dining table that will lend a sense of occasion to even the simplest of breakfasts. It's not just what lies within the home's four walls that's worthy of your attention. Guests here benefit not only from a rooftop terrace with views of local rooftops but also from a large plant-filled patio complete with a heated swimming pool and lots of space to do nothing more strenuous than lounge about in the sunshine. When you're in the mood to explore, there are churches, restaurants and an art gallery to explore in local Pollença. There are beaches on the island's east coastline that can be reached in a short time by car, as well as mountains to hike in the other direction.
