The finca is located in a rural area between Alcúdia and Pollença and is best reached by car. The building, as well as the pool, are a bit older, but in good condition. There were a few small problems at the beginning, but these were immediately resolved after the owners were informed. Unfortunately, there are a few roosters in the vicinity that sometimes crow an hour before sunrise. There are also other animals, for example five cats, sheep and a peacock.

Simple natural stone finca in a good location (between Pollensa and Alcudia). Getting there: Satnav required (best to enter the finca's coordinates) to find your way around the maze of streets. Quiet location, only the rooster crows from 4 a.m., which didn't bother us that much. Everything was there in the house. When we entered it smelled a bit musty, which was quickly remedied by airing it out. Nice big pool, loungers could be replaced. Garden could do with more care

We were very satisfied with our housing! The house and garden were clean, the accommodation as in the pictures. After a short request we were allowed to enter the house few hours earlier, which was very useful regarding our early landing. Although there was an electricity problem, the host came by ASAP and managed/ organized the relevant company to fix the problem! We would come back any time :)

Very good weekend. Lots of kitchen utensils, great wifi, towels, bedding. Pool water great and clean. The only but is the noise of the chickens in the mornings that are in the plot next door.

The 2 terraces with their 2 different exposures are very appreciable, the swimming pool and the garden are very pleasant. The interior layout is simple, but nothing is missing. On the other hand, the house is a bit difficult to find on the first day!
