Holiday Rental Description

Out in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, there’s nothing but the cheep of birds in the orange groves. Days at this family-sized villa can be spent swimming laps in the huge pool before drying in the Mallorcan sun on a lounger. There are lawn games, table tennis, basketball and a trampoline to keep the kids entertained along with toys and games inside. There are two sitting rooms – one a sunny formal lounge and dining room with direct access to the barbecue terrace, and the other a casual spot with a pool table. Want to test out the fully-equipped kitchen? The charming old town of Pollensa is just along the road to stock up on supplies.

*There are some high spots without rails or protection, so please supervise children on the first-floor balconies and terraces. Your host requests only one person at a time on the trampoline.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is plenty of private parking.
*Events may be held here, though you'll need to clear it with your host beforehand.
*The two twin bedrooms can be set up as doubles on request.
