Get the best of both worlds with this gorgeous home in Palma. Ca'n Pere Antoni Beach is a five-minute stroll, while Palma Cathedral and the Old Town are just under ten minutes on foot. Or head to the largest covered market in the city, Olivar Market, for local delicacies and flowers, a fifteen-minute saunter. Back at this fine, three-storey townhouse, there's a private lift to whisk you up to the top floor, where you'll find the main living accommodation. Head through the stylish living space to the glorious terrace, fire up the barbecue and grill some fresh produce from the market (whizz up some aioli with the blender in the modern kitchen to accompany your feast). Then relax on the comfy outdoor sofa – our favourite spot. This place is perfect for two couples, work colleagues or a family looking for added privacy, as there's a one-bedroom studio apartment on the first floor with its own patio.
