Mallorca’s rolling hills and rugged coastlines are simply made for exploring. From urban centres like Palma, to quaint towns like Maria de la Salut (a fourteen-minute walk from this home), the island offers many ways to keep you busy. Hiking, watersports, and browsing local markets are more options that might take your fancy – but maybe you’re just here to relax? In this secluded villa, relaxation is the first port of call. While some might opt for the Mediterranean lifestyle of local beaches such as Can Picafort, a fifteen-minute drive away, you can experience the sea in your private saltwater pool. With plenty of sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, you can bring the beach to your own home. Eco-friendly sensibilities such as solar panels make the most of the sunshine, which you can also do up on the raised decking, with a verandah for wining and dining. Out front, there’s yet another outdoor lounge with comfy wicker furniture, creating an old-fashioned, rural feel in contrast to beautifully modern interiors. While we admit that you might not be spending much time indoors, we love the monochrome colour scheme of the living space, alongside minimalist furnishings, and exposed stone walls.
