Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Just outside the charming Mallorcan town of Santa Margalida, this lavish villa sits in the endless fields of the countryside. You can walk into the heart of town in ten minutes to find bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the honey-hued old streets. If you fancy a day at the beach, the buzzing resort of Can Picafort is just a fifteen-minute drive away. Or, perhaps you just want to recline and relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside. This villa was made for that. First, let’s start with the outside space. Long, lazy lunches are made all the more lavish served beneath the wooden pergola, where sheer curtains billow in the gentle breeze. Double daybeds line a long, rectangular swimming pool for days drying off in the sun and there’s a covered games area with ping pong and a pool table if you fancy some friendly competition. Prefer your water warm and bubbly? There’s also a free-standing hot tub for a long soak, perhaps after a day following in the pedal-strokes of professional cyclists up the surrounding mountains – there’s a dedicated bike garage with a workbench. Inside, you’ve got three grand living rooms to choose from, so the whole group can spread out. The kitchen looks as though it’s from the pages of a design magazine with its curvy induction hob and sleek, chrome extractor fan. If you fancy an evening in, head up to the cinema room and settle into one of the mid-century armchairs lined up in front of the big screen. Bedrooms are plush and modern, some with leather sleigh beds and chandeliers above.
