The bustling city of Manacor is the second-largest metropolis on the island, and also the birthplace of Rafael Nadal. But while tennis fans now flock to this former agricultural hub, there are still elements of its former self. Just a seven-minute drive from the centre, this enormous finca is ready to welcome you to countryside life. Surrounded by lush trees and fields, this is rural living on a grand scale. Set over thousands of square feet, you can easily start feeling lost among the grounds of this manor. The coast might be twenty minutes away, but your swimming pool can help make up for this. With four-poster Bali beds around the pool, as well as a sun lounger for everyone, it’s a tough choice between catching rays, swimmings lengths, or exploring the home. Follow the path up to the bright-red door and traditional wooden shutters of the facade. This theme of bold colour and rustic wood continues indoors. Find slanted ceilings, lined with the richest hues of wood, alongside feature walls bringing a pop of colour into every room. From hot pink to aquatic green, this also continues into the luxurious bedrooms. And as each one has an ensuite with a hydromassage bath, you won’t be drawing straws over who sleeps where.
