It’s not often you find a Pollença townhouse as stylish and immaculate as this, but then the owner is a celebrated designer. Spread across three levels, you’ll find a chic mix of statement lighting, striking tiles and one-off pieces. There’s a lovely balcony and patio area, and a Jotul wood burner for winter stays. But the focal point of the home has to be the roof terrace with its outdoor sofa and beautiful views across the town to the Puig de Maria. We can see ourselves sunbathing here or enjoying pre-dinner cocktails. The cobbled streets of Pollença town are outside your door and you’re a 15-minute drive from the pretty coastal resort of Puerto de Pollença. Spend your days sightseeing or soaking up some sun, sea and sand, before an evening of tapas and sangria on Pollença’s bustling square, and a spot of stargazing on the roof terrace.
