House was as described, with a few minor flaws. Bathroom door loops on the floor. Hardly any storage space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Some smaller kitchen helpers were missing in the kitchen.

The room and bathroom layout was very good. Unfortunately, 3 loungers were missing upon arrival (were given later) and there were only 7 chairs on the balcony instead of 8 as described. The drying rack was broken. The beds were very comfortable, but gave a damp feeling on the first night, like it hadn't been aired in a long time. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils would have been helpful. Otherwise we felt very comfortable, especially with the large kitchen.

The Casa Marian is really beautiful and fully met our expectations. Everything is very clean and modern. I don't rate it very well as there are three doors in the house that loop across the floor which is very annoying with a group especially at night when someone is going to the toilet. The coffee maker took forever to make coffee. The coffee maker took forever! Kettle missing! We definitely recommend this house, the location is perfect!

The house is modern and comfortably furnished. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, especially the air conditioning ensures restful, pleasant nights. The saltwater pool was clean and refreshing. Due to the excellent location, a 7-minute walk takes you to a small bay with a clean sandy beach that is managed. Immediately afterwards there is a nature reserve, which is accessible by paths and also allows access to the sea. We had a perfect time!!

We had a great week! Just a pity that the bbq is in the front of the house and was not clean. The house itself could have been cleaned better for us when we arrived. Contact with the owner was very good! Furthermore, a beautiful pool, nice bathrooms and spacious rooms!

The house is in good condition, the kitchen equipment is too small for 8-10 people. The bathrooms in the corridor, only 1 bathroom en suite. The location of the house is fine. Too bad there is no safe in the house. The balcony doors cannot be locked.

Great location in quiet surroundings in the small cozy town of Son Baulo. Located in residential area next to open fields. If you want luxury and tranquility, you must stay here. Nice and nice house. Beautiful garden and lovely pool. However, we could have wished there was light in the pool in the evening for the sake of coziness.
