This stylish home has a fabulous address on a quiet street, just a one-minute stroll from the historic Plaza Mayor, the heart and soul of Palma Old Town. Other attractions nearby include the Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma (La Seu), a six-minute walk away. For modern art fans, Es Baluard is under fifteen minutes away – once you've admired the masterpieces, enjoy the views of the city from its gorgeous rooftop terrace. There are a couple of markets that are a five-minute stroll too. Pick up some flowers from the stalls on Passeig de la Rambla, or for local delicacies, browse Olivar Market. Back at this apartment, housed in a beautiful 18th-century mansion, open up the French doors to the balcony – we love the views over the neighbourhood. Put your feet up on the comfy chaise sofa for a bit after all that sightseeing and have some Mallorcan hierbas liqueur. Later, if you don't fancy eating out, whip up some arrós brut for dinner in the modern kitchen with ingredients from the market, and then enjoy at your dining table.
