Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, barbecue house, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, sandy beach "Cala d'Or" 11 km. Please note: car recommended. 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Location Description Felanitx

Cosy resort, in the eastern part of the island, 50 km east from Palma de Mallorca, 13 km from Porto Colom. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Sandy beach of Porto Colom, with all kind of services. Sightseeing: Puig de San Salvador, the hoghest point of the borough with lovely views, the Castillo de Santueri. Sunday market. Typical of the area: pearls, pottery, embroidery.
