Private: natural state property 10'000 m2, garden 2'000 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, orchard, swimming pool (6 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, sandy beach "Ca'n Picafort" 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner has a dog.

Location Description Can Picafort

Small resort, in the northern part of the island, 60 km north-east from Palma de Mallorca. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. It is situated between Port Alcudia and Colonia St Pere. The old village has grown a lot in the last few years and now it is a first class tourist centre with many facilities and hotels. Many excursions on sea.
