Situated within the small town of Llubí, this villa was simply made for long sunny afternoons. Out in the back garden, the swimming pool is a welcome spot in which to cool off from the Mediterranean heat and you can dry off on one of the neighbouring loungers or on the terrace's table. As an added bonus, there's also a balcony on which you can take a seat and gaze out over the island's treetops.

The home's large glass doors bring plenty of sunshine inside the home and this natural asset is accentuated by the bright white walls and shiny wood flooring. There's a minimalist approach to furnishing and decoration, which has been executed really rather well. A big perk we have to mention is the private gym, which gives you no excuse not to keep up with your fitness regimen on your travels.

A short walk from the house, you'll find a small choice of restaurants and shops, but you'll find more in larger towns nearby, including Sineu and Inca. When it comes to outdoor excursions, you have two options – explore the hills and hiking routes in Mallorca's interior or drive over to the beach. Of course, you could simply stay put and enjoy the peace and quiet that comes with this villa's tranquil location.
