In need of renovation and repair. Bathroom calcified and rusty. Refrigerator rusty, water leaks out, so there was always a puddle in the kitchen.

Charming little house a few steps from the beach (less than 5 min walk), ideal for spending the summer holidays with young children. Simple fittings, enclosed garden and bathroom accessible from the outside, very pleasant with the heat and the Majorcan sun :)

The house is within walking distance to one of the most beautiful bays. The toilet/shower is outside the house in the inner courtyard. All necessary kitchen utensils are available. When my wife went to buy bread in the morning and I was still lying in the bedroom with the children, a break-in took place in the morning and valuables were specifically taken - my wife had left the back door open and was only 20. It seems someone knows their way around here and has been there before!
