We stayed for seven nights, and check-in went smoothly. A beautiful, large villa with plenty of space and a large pool. We felt very comfortable. The owner even came by and tried to fix the problem with the stove. Shopping facilities are nearby, and Palma is about 30 minutes away. We were all very satisfied. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful finca.

We had great communication with the team who look after the Villa. The Villa is located in rural Inca but close to amenities such as supermarkets, train station and other villages. The northern beaches are about 30mins away and a very pleasant drive.

Beautiful, modern and fully equipped finca with plenty of space for 12 to 14 people (two sofas each offer space for one additional person). The outdoor area is larger than it appears in the pictures and offers enough space for sporting activities around the pool. The landlord was always friendly and helpful and ensured that the arrival and departure days went smoothly. A very successful holiday!

The house has a great outdoor area and is reasonably priced, but the interior is dated and not particularly clean. The additional energy costs were very high for four days. It was also strange that the deposit had to be paid in cash.

Modern house with several bedrooms. Lots of technology that unfortunately didn't work as it should. Lots of glass, even in the toilets which some found annoying. Nice outdoor environment with clean, nice pools. Plenty of sun loungers and extra towels for swimming. Lots of lights that couldn't be regulated, turned on or off, which you might want when you have to pay for the daily electricity consumption. Will probably be a genuine finça next time.

Large facility, covered parking space, modern furnishings Practical that the dining area on the terrace is directly in front of the kitchen, the toilet can also be reached directly from the terrace. 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, the other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom which unfortunately is not very cheap... All in all we had a very pleasant stay!!!

Good location. The house is large but has too few bathrooms for the number of rooms and the general condition is satisfactory.
