Blessed with breathtaking views over the Bay of Pollença, this spectacular family-friendly villa offers a chance to escape to the upmarket tree-lined residential area of Bonaire. This stunning home has been designed from the ground up to make the most of its privileged position. Practically the entire front of the house is taken up with vast picture windows, a poolside terrace and inviting balconies, ensuring you're able to appreciate the panoramas wherever you decide to make yourself comfortable. An open layout on the entrance level ensures plenty of space for your party to gather together without feeling like you're on top of one another. At the same time, sliding doors offer effortless access to those breathtaking balconies and outdoor seating areas. Four en-suite bedrooms are split across the entrance and lower levels, offering either an elevated position that will see you wake up to the morning sun glinting off the sea or seamless access to the poolside loungers for the ultimate morning coffee by the water's edge. Two of the bedrooms even offer walk-in wardrobes, so you can pack for every possible eventuality. Away from the villa, Alcúdia's Old Town is just a short drive away. Here, you'll find colourful streets dotted with family-owned restaurants and independent boutiques, encircled by medieval walls. A little further on is the enticing stretch of sand that leads up to Port d’Alcúdia, while the awe-inspiring Cap de Formentor is well worth exploring.
