Hello, the house is very spacious and in good, clean condition. The chickens / rooster / cats mentioned here didn't bother us. The location is good, you can also get to the beach or Alcudia / Can Picafort by bike. However, the furniture is very rustic. It could be set up more comfortably. Especially outside there was a lack of comfortable seating. Unfortunately, all the loungers were broken. The roof terrace is without furniture and sun protection. Kitchen has everything with moderate function

Very nice house with easy access. Gigantic bedrooms and spacious dining room. Beautiful beaches around and many hikes / nature runs to do in the surroundings.

Not recommended in winter, heating only via air conditioning (for 12 days around € 340 electricity costs for cold to lukewarm rooms). No heating option in the bathrooms. Use kitchen utensils after RINSING several times. Pots and pans have probably never been cleaned properly. In summer it can be a nice plant. The Senor ... came by on time for arrival and departure and when the washing machine had to be repaired.
