Well-located and spacious house for 12 people. Some old features but the welcome is very pleasant and accommodating. Would happily do it again.

We had a relaxing time. First, the positive: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the upper floor, the rest downstairs. All rooms have air conditioning! The house was spotlessly clean and the amenities were fine (few pans, but plenty of cups/glasses/cutlery). The pool was dirty and only cleaned after we asked for it, and they blamed us. Many things were broken and old – they could have replaced them (towels, parasol, shower, cupboards broken, gate stuck, many things wobble and are basically trash). It's a pain without a car.

Nice contact as always on site. Small defects were repaired the next day. Unfortunately the furniture has suffered a bit over the years. It should be replaced. (Wardrobe, garden chairs and sun loungers, cushions) Unfortunately no pool cleaning. Otherwise everything was good. Would happily come again.

We had a lovely week in this holiday home in Sa Coma. Everything was as described and the generously equipped kitchens are particularly worth mentioning. We had the entire house and loads of crockery, etc. at our disposal. There were also 2 washing machines, dishwashers and fridges. The house is not very Mediterranean but is functionally furnished and spotlessly clean. A note on the layout: 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom upstairs, the rest completely downstairs (so not a classic semi-detached house)

I would just like to say how much myself and my family enjoyed our holiday at the villa in sa coma. Fantastic accommodation and plenty of room for all of us. Very comfortable beds and plenty of storage in every room. A added bonus of the whole villa being opened when the was only 5 of us. Lovely pool which the whole family enjoyed. I would also like to add, our flight was delayed several hours. So we didn't arrive until 02.00am, but we were still meet by the key holders and shown around.

The first shock after the handover of the house key was that the second apartment was locked. So we only had half of the house although we had booked the whole house. Since fortunately it was not yet clear whether 3 more people would arrive, we got along with the place for the time being. It seemed to me that the second apartment wasn't even finished. The second shock was the final bill, which was again charged with 125.00 euros for electricity for 6 days

We felt at home for a week ... with all the comforts, the attention that took care of us and gave us the keys. S. Great and very friendly and easily accessible ... In short, 100% recommended ...

Fitted us three families with children perfectly. Nice terraces upstairs with sun most of the day. Patios also on the ground floor. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen. There was an extra kitchen that we did not use. Quiet residential area. Nice with walkways without traffic down to the beach area. Close to well-stocked supermarket. Pool with sun in the morning. If I could wish for anything more, it is ventilation of all spaces. Got quite humid from time to time but depends on the season of course. Overall very satisfied.

Everything was great. The only thing that could be improved would be that there would be detergents, as well as toilet paper. And the extra billing for electricity. I didn't have that in other fincas in Mallorca. But otherwise we felt very comfortable
