This newly renovated property in the popular resort of Cala'n Poter is a must-see. With stunning sea views and just a short walk from local amenities and the beach, it's perfect for smaller groups or couples. The property boasts two modern bedrooms, both with double beds and air conditioning, as well as a cosy living room flooded with natural light and open-plan to the kitchen area. The panoramic terrace is where guests will spend most of their time, taking in the spectacular views while enjoying homemade cocktails and BBQ lunches made with delicious fresh produce from the nearby supermarket. For even more breathtaking views, guests can head to Cova de Xoroi, a fantastic cliffside bar with hightop sea views and evening entertainment. Please note that off-road parking is available but accessed via a narrow road only suitable for smaller cars, and the villa has limited kitchen facilities.
