Retaining much of the home's traditional Spanish features, with a side of modern design, this stylish villa offers a gorgeous terrace to call your own while exploring one of Mallorca's hidden gems. Situated in the authentic village of Buger, dotted with olive trees, old windmills and beautiful gardens, this tranquil part of the island is truly enchanting. You're a short walk from the local cafes, traditional restaurants and bars, as well as the bustling weekly farmer's market (every Sunday). Stepping inside, you'll notice the rustic stone walls and timber beamed ceiling blend with sleek furnishings, a light-filled open living space, and a stunning chef's kitchen for comfort and style. Rustle up home-cooked meals to be enjoyed around the large wooden dining table, or better still, head out to your outdoor dining area for lunch in the sunshine. The biggest draw is, of course, the decked terrace and swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, a hammock, and screens for added privacy. Spend your days sunbathing out here, sipping cocktails, with nothing more strenuous than a quick dip in the water to cool off. It's ideally located for exploring Mallorca's gorgeous landscape, with the old town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto Alcudia a short drive from away. You'll also find the idyllic coves and sandy shores of Cala Sant Vicenç are well within reach for a dreamy day out.
