I stayed at Villa Vertaient for the third time since 2019. The house is visually very beautiful, but the condition of the furnishings is getting worse and worse. Every drain smells, the water in some bathrooms is barely draining, there are stains on the bedspreads, the dishwasher is in need of repair, the garden is somewhat neglected, there is water in the basement, it's dirty in places, several boards in the sauna are coming loose, and the lights are broken... all of these things mean that the value for money is not appropriate for me!

The house is in dire need of renovation (e.g. the dishwasher cannot be fitted with both drawers, otherwise the whole machine falls out of the combination because it is not secured; silverfish in the bathroom, mould on the taps). The furnishings also leave a lot to be desired: poor kitchen equipment (we had to buy paring knives because there were none), air conditioning not working properly, etc.)

We had a great family stay at the finca. The outside area, the pool and the garden were beautiful. We liked the large summer terrace with a large table and table tennis and we liked the summer kitchen. Great location, complete privacy. The kitchen is getting old and needs an update. The dishes should be renewed, more pots would be helpful. The large bathroom upstairs had a broken fitting and could not be used.

Great house with a lot of space. Unfortunately a bit outdated and minor items are broken (badroom lights). Nevertheless the house is great for lege families. Sauna, Jaccuzi and pool are a great feature !

The house makes a great impression from the outside, nice terrace, great pool, also great overall size for 8 people. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for everyday use. However, the facility itself is very old: the beds squeak a lot, the dining room chairs were dirty, the kitchen is very worn and the bathrooms definitely need an overhaul. A little more investment would have to be made.

The finca was well maintained and the service worked great. Initially, the capsule coffee machine was defective, which was replaced immediately and when we had a problem with the jacuzzi, this was also fixed immediately. We were 2 families and really enjoyed our time. Since the house is on a confusing street, a car is recommended. It is not so easy to reach on foot or by bike (especially with children!).

Perfect house for a families, jacuzzi, sauna, volleyball, playground, ping pong. Very good location, close to Pollença and Alcúdia. Big house with good equipment. Very good experience.

Great for two families with young children. Quite far from the sea and facilities - car is a must. Decently large pool and good for large dinners.
