The house is perfectly located on the outskirts of Alcudia with a view of the countryside. Shopping is possible on foot, as is a visit to the beach and a stroll through the old town. The outdoor area offers plenty of seating (depending on the wind direction and sun) and is very nicely designed. When the outside temperature is cooler, it can get quite cool in the house and when the doors are closed, it is quite dark in the living room. Otherwise, it is tip-top for a family holiday and this price.

Coffee machine should be replaced. Various lamps defective. Mirror light in the bathroom broken off. When grilling in the garden, the screws would have to be tightened before it falls apart. It would be good if there were 6 loungers by the pool.

Villa 15 minute walk to both Alcudia & Port Alcudia. Quiet location, amazing pool. Various areas for relaxing as a family or individually. House would benefit from more Mugs in kitchen, however, great amount of utensils & plates etc. The usual Spanish issues with using cooker & kettle at once, electric overload. Would also benefit from a information book in home, regarding where fuse box etc is, local taxi numbers & restaurants. 3 sunbeds for party of 6 is not ideal, but we had an amazing stay!
