This rural villa in Villanueva del Rosario is a great base for those seeking a quiet retreat with opportunities for hiking and relaxing. From here, you’ll have easy access to the local restaurants serving up regional cuisine, and the cities of Malaga and Granada, too. The somewhat traditional interior feels inviting and characterful. The conservatory is a highlight, especially with the addition of the foosball table. Enjoy the large garden with a shaded dining area, outdoor lounge, and private pool. And if you’re bringing your furry friend, the property is fully fenced, and your host provides an exclusive outdoor area for pets – it's truly a getaway for all here.

Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's parking here for three cars.

If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide two high chairs for free. You'll need to request them in advance. The swimming pool isn't fenced, so please keep youngsters supervised at all times.

One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay. Pets will not be permitted inside the house, so an outside area will be set up for you.

About Antequera

Unlike the mountainous regions that characterise rural Spain, Antequera is formed mainly of plains interspersed with hills, fields and olive groves. At the heart of this area is the namesake city of Antequera. What it lacks in coastline, it makes up for in culture, boasting a mixture of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture among its narrow streets. The Menga Dolme is Europe's most important megalithic monument – located just outside...
