Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
If you're new to Seville, the central location of this recently renovated apartment puts you right in the thick of things, but the best thing is that this prime position doesn't come with a trade-off in terms of the home's quality. The design is deliciously contemporary, with the wooden floors and white walls making for a classy backdrop against which the abstract artwork and minimalist kitchen really stand out. The bedrooms wouldn't look amiss in some of the city's most stylish hotels, especially the master with a glass door to the ensuite. Within five minutes' walk from the front door, you can be outside the sixteenth-century Casa de Pilatos or the eighteenth-century building in which the Museo del Baile Flamenco can be found. The city's gothic cathedral only takes ten minutes on foot to reach, too.

About Alfalfa
Located in the heart of the city, Alfalfa reflects Seville’s rich history, with Roman ruins sitting alongside examples of Moorish architecture and Renaissance churches. But while firmly rooted in the past, the area is also ultra-modern, with some of the hippest restaurants located here. Despite its proximity to the centre, Alfalfa still maintains a very residential feel, with a vibrant community of artists and young professionals. From small music venues to art galleries and a wide range of bars and cafes, there’s no better place to be if you want to experience all that this unique city has to offer.
